Taking safety to the next level, Miflex's flexible XT-Tech range of medium-pressure regulator hoses offer the same characteristics of a conventional rubber hose yet are even lighter in weight. In spite of being remarkably lightweight, it's not positively buoyant, making it advantageous for serious diving adventures. This design means the hose will face far less abrasion around its neck when compared to traditional solutions, allowing the hose to remain in place.
This is a component designed for challenging dive environments. Kevlar reinforcement is in the inner braiding, combined with a smooth outer PU layer of thermoplastic. The fittings and the sleeves are made from sea-water resistant electroless nickel plated brass.
