This high-performance hose is stiff and robust enough for rigorous technical diving adventures, yet lighter and more flexible than many conventional rubber hoses. It’s no wonder this range is used and recommended by manufacturers of rebreathers and other diving equipment.
You're assured of a slick look thanks to the Carbon HD coating on this high-pressure gauge hose. It has a large outside diameter and a Viton fluorine rubber O-ring.
What’s more, as part of the Deep Black range, the hose is made with quality brass with electroless nickel-plating, plus it has hand-finished black ceramic coating to the exposed surfaces. The fittings have low reflectivity, which is advantageous for divers who want a ‘stealth’ mode.
The high-pressure gauge hoses rely on an internal seal to connect safely to your gauges, consoles, or transmitters. The 7/16" UNF connection requires a separate swivel pin or airspool (such as the HL303V); without one, your hose will leak. For your safety and peace of mind, it’s strongly recommended that installation be performed by a qualified service engineer or professional dive centre.
